What are your processing times?
Since most items you’ll find here are custom and made-to-order, processing times vary depending on the items you’ve chosen. Please see individual product listings for more information. Please also note that around holidays or particular product seasons, processing times may be extended. (But these changes will be noted when in effect.)
Do you ship internationally?
Jaded Studios is happy to ship to nearly every country in the world, with certain (and rare) exceptions based on USPS restrictions. International shipping times and prices are based on location and item weight. Please be aware that on rare occasions, orders may be held up at customs. Should this occur, Jaded Studios is not responsible for customs, duties, or foreign import taxes.
How do you ship my order, and how long does shipping take?
Most items in the Jaded Studios Shop ship within the U.S. via first class package mail. This method is used to provide you with a tracking number, so that you can see the progress of your goodies en route from the moment they leave my office to the moment they arrive with you. First class package mail takes approximately 2–4 business days, depending on your location. Certain heavier items ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 1–3 business days, depending on your location. International orders are sent via USPS First Class International or Priority International Shipping, and travel times depend on destination country.
The standard shipping format for each item is noted in most product listings, and an opportunity to upgrade your shipping method is provided at checkout. If you have any questions about approximate shipping times before placing an order, please feel free to reach out!
Please note that USPS has experienced some delays due to COVID circumstances, and Jaded Studios is not responsible for late arrivals caused by these or any other postal service delays.
Are refunds available for your products?
Due to the custom and personalized nature of most items available at JadedStudiosShop.com, refunds are not available. In some cases of damaged, defective or incomplete items upon delivery, items may be replaced. Please visit the Cancellations and Refunds policy page for full information.
Do you do calligraphy or hand lettering for other occasions than the items you have available in your store?
Yes! Jaded Studios is available for custom signage and decor for weddings, parties, and events, and is also available for business and corporate signage, window lettering and decoration, and certain custom newsletter services. Please check out my Wedding and Event Services page, or reach out to tell me more about the specific services you’re seeking. I would love to help bounce ideas in order to make your vision come alive!
How do I care for my garden stakes or signs?
All hand lettered garden stakes and signs in my shop have been tested extensively (and obsessively) for lettering durability in various weather conditions. However, as wet wood does wear down over time, you may wish to treat your stakes with a waterproofing agent to slow down the aging of the wood itself. This is not necessary if care is taken to water close to the roots of your plants to avoid excessive dirt splash back on your stakes, but for us slightly more wild waterers—myself included—this extra layer of protection may be something to consider.
Garden and other outdoor signs listed here have been treated with UV and sealing agents to help slow down wood wear outdoors, but care sheets will be included with your order to help you further the life of your sign, as some climates might affect your wood sign wear differently.
What should I do if I have questions or want to know more about an order I’ve placed?
Feel free to reach out! I am happy to answer questions, and to provide information on your order. I always make a point to respond to customer emails as quickly as possible, but in some cases, may need to get back to you the next business day. (Please note that weekends and holidays are not regular business days.)
If you are looking for more detailed delivery estimates after your order has shipped, please check your order’s tracking number for the most up–to–date status on impending arrival. If your item is still in the processing window, I am happy to provide status updates, but please be advised that these emails may not receive prompt responses. My number one goal is your satisfaction through a great experience, a beautiful product, and an order that got out to the mail on time—which makes my priority finishing your order with focused love, so that it can be mailed on or before the end of its specific processing window.
