Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom and personalized nature of most items available at, cancellations of orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase, and refunds are not available unless requested in this time frame.

However, if items arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement. Any refunds or replacements are made solely in our discretion. Damage to products due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear are not the responsibility of Jaded Studios.

If I have made an error in spelling, please contact me for an immediate replacement, free of charge. Misspellings due to customer error are non-refundable, however, please do contact me, as I am happy to help remedy the situation. Please note that in these cases, customers will be responsible for the full cost and shipping charge to replace the order.

Jaded Studios is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please contact your local post office with tracking number to remedy the situation.
